About Us

For all your building design needs, look no further than Perry Design Pty Ltd. Our company was founded by Mark Perry, through his strong enthusiasm in accommodating creative design projects.

Having an associate diploma in Architectural Drafting, certificate in Building Inspection, a member of Building Designers Association of Australia, he is indeed a qualified designer who can handle a diversity of building projects. With 40 years experience, his skills and knowledge have been helping our organisation survive the tough competition this industry has.

25 years ago since our company's establishment, we have been priding ourselves in producing personal custom design solutions to each of our clients. Aside from giving a personal touch to the projects we handle, we also work with integrity, honesty and trust, hence are able to retain previous clients and receive recommendations.

Our Services

• Building Design - From preparing preliminary sketches to producing detailed layout of the construction project, we accommodate them all. We work hand in hand with engineers to ensure that the design preferences of our clients are carried out well. We are well-versed in sustainable designs, too.
• Drafting - We can also draw the technical details of your house or commercial buildings; this can serve as a visual guideline for its construction. Aside from creating visual construction guidelines, we also include in the draft the full specifications of the project, among others.

Whether you want to extend your residential and commercial space, or add another storey, we can deal with them, too. Aside from extensions and additions, we also handle new construction projects.

You can schedule your appointment with us from Mondays through Thursdays, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, we would be glad to attend to your needs as promptly as possible. We are also insured for professional indemnity.

Cash, cheque and direct deposit are just some of the payment terms we accept.
