Cost Planning
Aligning the design intent and cost expectations is the most important part of a project.
Cito can be involved early in the design process to provide value management solutions. We work closely with architects, quantity surveyors and other consultants to provide expert advice on technical aspects and overall project buildability.
Project Management
Cito Construction provides an end-to-end delivery service, directly managing each phase of the project including project feasibility studies, cost planning, value management, selection of consultant teams, obtaining permits and construction.
Construction
We have established a select trade database that you can rely on will get the job done right the first time.
We closely manage each project to ensure full compliance is achieved with Building Codes of Australia and the Relevant Building Surveyor.
