Recently, I had a split unit installed in my property. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience with AstroAir. Andy's team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled with the best care and details. Andy’s team arrived on time with all the necessary tools and equipment and worked efficiently. They took care of my flooring by covering it with canvas drop cloths. They took the time to explain the installation process and answered all my questions thoroughly. The workmanship was top-notch, and they ensured everything was set up perfectly before leaving. I recently had the pleasure of working with Astro Air, specifically Didin Andijaya, to fix my air conditioner, which was leaking. I was highly impressed by their professionalism and the reasonable price they offered. Although their apprentice's initial attempt to fix the issue was not successful, Didin himself came this week and resolved the problem. He even went the extra mile to change the pipe, despite the old one not showing any visible issues. I am particularly pleased with their after-service, as they were very responsive and effectively solved the problem. As of now, the air conditioner is working perfectly, and I am hopeful that there will be no more leaking. I would highly recommend their services to others and will definitely consider them for any future air conditioning needs, such as installing a new unit.
