So many of the products we use nowadays contain a bleaching agent that bleach marks are a common problem.
In most cases you would not even know they were there after we have spot dyed them.
AND it is permanent!
This is our specialty. we use a process called heat transfer that removes MOST stubborn and coloured stains.
Should the stain be just that odd one that cannot be removed then patching is your only alternative. We can also restretch carpets that have moved over time.
It's always an emergency and we guarantee to attend within 24 hours if not on the same day. We are also happy to bill your insurance company.
