Fred is a quiet bloke, but kept me informed throughout, arrived on time and undertook the job as quoted. He repainted some external concrete that was in pretty ordinary condition. It looks good and I’m happy with his work, but noting he’s had to prepare and paint over existing peeling paint, only time will tell if it fixes the issue.
