At quote time - Friendly, energetic young man who discussed the job as we went along which makes him seem trustworthy. At job time - Henry arrived on time and was his friendly happy self. We walked around the house discussing the works required to make sure everything was correct. Henry was happy to chat as I was doing things around the house and would often be in the same room. He is a very intelligent, smart young man. He doesn’t need to be supervised or watched over. It was sad to hear that they have had a few encounters where customers have doubted their abilities because of their youth, and didn’t seem to trust them (following them while they were working and questioning what they were doing.) We have some additional electrical jobs to be done in the future and I will be contacting Henry. We will never use anyone else and I can’t recommend them enough.
