A.J.Cook Builders is a local building company that has been around for the last 30 years. As of the moment, our team is comprised of two licensed and insured contractors who possess the necessary skills to do the job right the first time. We are mainly focused on handling residential projects.

Our love for the construction industry started out with an apprenticeship. After years of working in the industry, we finally decided to start our own little company. We founded this firm to help our local community, as well as to share our gained expertise.

Pricing and Availability

In regard to pricing, we usually quote per job. In order for us to give a fair and accurate quote, we need to have an extensive discussion with our clients beforehand. We usually ask about the details of the job and their plans for it. Rest assured, our rates are based on industry terms.

When a final quote is given or when an agreement is reached, clients can choose to pay in two days. They can either pay with cash or through direct deposit, whichever is more convenient.

Clients can visit us Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
